First we formulate the brief

This can be based on your job description, or we can run through a questionnaire with you which probes seven main areas: qualifications, software requirements, specialised skills, general office skills, flexibility, studio policies, salary.

Then we send you a fees estimate

As soon as you sign-off, we start searching.
Firstly we review registered candidates for a match to the specific requirements of your brief, and we put your job online @ DesignJobsOnLine® and SEEK.

Designemergency keeps an extensive register of candidates, which lists specific skills, level of skill, experience, software knowledge and availability.

All registered candidates have been interviewed by Designemergency and have responded to a questionnaire designed to probe their skills, interests, career aspirations and past experience. This is followed by a portfolio review where appropriate.

Then we prepare a short list
We send it to you along with the resumés.

We then arrange interviews
We organise interviews with the candidates you
would like to meet.

Referees
Refererees can be contacted for their appraisal of candidates either at the short list stage, or after the first interview.

If the right person does not appear from the initial search Designemergency will search further afield to find a perfect match. This may mean advertising. Press ads can be placed through Designemergency. There is no fee charged if we are not successful in finding your ideal candidate.
